About the Role:
An experienced Litigation Lawyer is required to join friendly team of ULA Solicitors on a permanent basis. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for handling the own busy caseload and is therefore required to have experience of litigation case handling and the ability to work autonomously. Substantive advocacy is not required though opportunities to use advocacy skills are available for suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Immigration Lawyer role will have:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Litigation experience is essential as well as litigation case handling
- Effective case working skills including in communication, drafting and planning
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate for this Immigration Lawyer role will be required to:
- Take responsibility for their own busy Immigration caseload
- Opportunities to use advocacy skills if qualified to do so
- Drafting pleadings and advice
