BH v SSHD- Deportation
Raza represented BH in a complex deportation application. Due to the complexity of the case the Judge was not able to decide the case at the first hearing and required further evidence to be provided from BH. Raza strategically collated this evidence and put it before the Judge at the second hearing. The Judge then cross examined the appellant and her partner. The Judge reserved judgement until 28 days later when he found in favour of the appellant.
